Go where most don’t

Every place has a heartbeat — it just takes patience to hear it. My lens finds stories in the spaces most overlooked, giving voice and visibility to the people and places that deserve to be seen.

During my junior year of university at CU Boulder, I was fortunate enough to spend a semester studying in Sydney. During my time there, I traveled to New Zealand for a week, renting a ten-person van, my friends and I drove all over the South Island for a week, camping where we could and taking in the most breathtaking views. One of the places we made a mission to get to was the Milford Sound, often regarded as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Truly a magnificent place that felt like it was out of a dream.
